GUATEMALA: Agency wants more $$ even though the case is further behind where it was in April when we sent them extra $$. Still no update as to whether or not the doctor has finally re-written his report, and if it has been submitted to the court. So new pics of Ali are adorable but make the wait even harder since it is dragging on with no end in sight once again. She looks like a silly one so she'll fit right in.
