CHINA: We are definitely in the any-day-now zone to receive the next step document from China. Our agency did receive two LOSC's on Monday but neither was for anyone we know in our travel group. They have received a few batches in one month from the CCAA before, so we are still in the running to get through this next step in May. That means still hopful for travel in July.
GUATEMALA: The doctor should have the report re-written to the judge's liking today or tomorrow. Then our attorney has to pick it up and re-submit it to the court. Then we wait the dang 10-15 days again. Maybe Monday that 10-15 business day wait can begin again. The last two times our file has been dealt with on day 8, so maybe we won't have to wait quite 10-15 days to hear what's wrong with the file now. It's all about the file. It's not even about the case or the child or the birthmom anymore. It's about the paperwork. That makes it even more ridiculous.
And today I'm waiting at home too. Waiting for the invisible fence guys to show up. They give one of those all-day windows of time for when they will show up. So I'm waiting for them now too. Oh the fence will be a relief though!

Fence this guy in!
