LID? and day 1 of the new 10-15

GUATE: Supposedly the new and improved doctor's report was submitted to FC#6 in Guate yesterday as planned, but the staff at the courthouse was in meetings all day so there was no way to officially confirm anything. How about ask the lawyer if he submitted it?! Anyway, we are assuming that today is day 1 of their second 10-15 business days "promise" and we are trying to be hopeful that sometime in the next three weeks we will hear whether Ali will ever come home or not.
