Guess what? Day 8 again here and the judge looked at our file in Guate. She "did not like" the doctor report. This is the dr. report that caused us to wait the last 3 weeks to fix b/c the attorney did not like the doctor report. Seems to me that a doctor report should be more objective than this. What a waste the last month has been in this process. So...the agency is trying to get the doctor to write a report that is to the judge's liking. Once that is submitted, we will wait 10-15 business days AGAIN for a decision. And to think I was dumb enough to get my hopes up AGAIN.
Now I am REALLY hoping our LOSC comes from China this week, or today even. Not likely, but it sure would be nice to know that one of our girls is coming home this summer. So back to thinking that Chloe will come home first which will make the travel and paperwork stuff easier and allows for at least the possibility for all of us to go to China.
I am SO sick of waiting.
