We received this photo last night with a happy new year greeting from Ali and her foster family. Check out all the coloring on the wall behind her. Yikes! Yikes for two reasons: I have been sending her markers and crayons, and that is not going to fly in this house.Happy 2009 everyone!!!!!!!!!

Happy New Year! What an adorable picture of Ali! We enjoy following your blog and are praying that you bring your daughter home soon. We remember this exact time last year waiting to hear from Guatemala. We ended up bringing Peter home on Jan. 28,2008!!! Things really slow down there around the holidays so here's hoping it picks up again and the rest of the process goes smoothly!! God bless!
