Just a normal fall day

UPDATE: The doctor's report is done, but the "forensic institute" has not yet sent it over to the court. Our atttorney has requested that he be able to take it to the court himself (not what we wanted), and they will inform him tomorrow whether or not he will be allowed to do this. WHAT?!? It takes a week just to decide if the attorney can pick up the report and take it to the court?! These two buildings are in the same city, people. Just send the darn thing over by courier or whatever! And the doctor claimed to be angry that the case has taken so long?! Well this is a big part of WHY it is taking so long. Getting a report from one gov't office to another should not be such a huge process. Will this ever end?!?!
