The kids all swam, distributed the contents of their neatly packed carry-ons all over the room, and had some hotel dinner. Elaine graciously drove me to find something more exciting for dinner, and I came back with Taco Bell. :)
And Megan got into our house to tend to the dogs after her boss (thank you SO much, Wendy!) and her boss's boss as the fireman who responded to the call to break into the house after the town policeman authorized the break-in by the fire dep't. Our friend Wendy swept in to give them the correct code to the automatic garage door keypad seconds before the fireman (her boss) broke the lock with an ax. PHEW! Can you tell we never actually lock-up?!
So one last swim for the boys to tire them out for bedtime and hopefully we'll all get some sleep tonight.
Next stop...Shanghai!

Hey, this is so exciting! I will be reading every day and thinking of your Sparky getting your Cupcake (we call ours Four, since she's still a complete cipher) and their matching skirts. Brilliant idea. I know that will sell Lily on Four for sure ("She can wear my clothes. But only the ones I pick.")
So exciting! God Bless you all on your trip! Thank you for sharing your blog!
